Event Overview

The Invest Fair 2024 (IF2024) On-Ground Event is organised by AlphaInvest, an integrated investor communication company with operations across Southeast Asia. This event is also known as the largest investment fair in Malaysia which will take place from 22 June 2024 to 23 June 2024 and will be held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre – Hall 1.

Rakuten Trade Sdn Bhd which serves as a distinguished sponsor of this IF2024 has invited Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad and Tokenize Technology (M) Sdn Bhd to participate in this event as joint collaboration. This event is to target the investors that are interested in investment, finance and market outlook. This joint collaboration aims to provide an opportunity for brand awareness and also cross selling opportunities within the 3 partners.

The terms and conditions of the on-ground promotion may be found below: –

1. The Invest Fair 2024 On-Ground Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all attendees of the Invest Fair 2024 On-Ground Event, aged 18 years and above possessing a valid national registration identification card (MyKad).
2. The Promotion shall be effective from 22 June 2024 to 29 June 2024 (“Promotional Period”) (both dates inclusive). Participation in the Promotion is subject to the strict adherence of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to both NEW and EXISTING customers of Kenanga Digital Investing (“KDI”)(“Customers”). For the avoidance of doubt, a NEW customer is any customer that does not already have an existing KDI account and an EXISTING customer is a Customer that already have an existing KDI account. By entering and participating in the Promotion, the Customers agree and accept these Terms and Conditions.
   
   (A) CAMPAIGN FOR NEW CUSTOMERS: SIGN UP BONUS + COMPLIMENTARY INSIDE SCOOP ICE CREAM

• NEW Customers who register with KDI during the Promotional Period are entitled to a one-time sign-up bonus of RM20 (“Sign-Up Bonus”).
• To be eligible for the Sign-Up Bonus, a NEW Customer must:
  a) register using the referral code “INVEST20”;
  b) deposit a minimum of RM250 in a single transaction into the KDI Invest account during the Promotional Period; and
  c) maintain a minimum investment of RM250 in the KDI Invest account for a period of 60 working days from the date the deposit is made
  (“Investment Period”).

• If successful, the Sign-up Bonus will be deposited into the Customer’s KDI Invest account within 60 working days from the last day of the Investment Period.
• A Customer who has completed the KDI registration process at the Invest Fair 2024 On-Ground Event on 22 June 2024 or 23 June 2024 will also be entitled to a voucher for one (1) complimentary cup of Inside Scoop ice cream by presenting a screenshot of the successful registration to a KDI personnel on the same day.
  
  (B) CAMPAIGN FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS (RM288): INVEST REWARDS + COMPLIMENTARY INSIDE SCOOP ICE CREAM

• EXISTING Customers who deposit at least RM288 into his or her KDI Invest account within the Promotional Period are entitled to a one-time bonus of RM20 (“Invest Rewards”).

a) deposit at least RM288 in a single transaction into his or her KDI Invest account using the promotional code of “INVEST20”; and

b) If successful, the Invest Rewards will be deposited into the Customer’s KDI Invest account within 60 working days from the last day of the Investment Period.

• An EXISTING Customer who has deposited at least RM288 into his or her KDI Invest account using the “INVEST20” promotional code at the Invest Fair 2024 On-Ground Event on 22 June 2024 or 23 June 2024 will also be entitled to a voucher for one (1) complimentary cup of Inside Scoop ice cream by presenting a screenshot of the successful transaction (i.e. the “Payment Success” page) to a KDI personnel on the same day.
  

  (C) CAMPAIGN FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS (RM888): INVEST REWARDS + COMPLIMENTARY INSIDE SCOOP ICE CREAM + SLEEK HIGH-CAPACITY POWER BANK

• EXISTING Customers who deposit at least RM888 into his or her KDI Invest account within the Promotional Period are entitled to the Invest Rewards, provided that the EXISTING Customer:
  a) deposits at least RM888 in a single transaction into his or her KDI Invest account using the promotional code of “INVEST20”; and
  b) maintains the amount of RM888 in the KDI Invest account for a period of 60 working days from the date the deposit is made
  (“Investment Period”).
• If successful, the Invest Rewards will be deposited into the Customer’s KDI Invest account within 60 working days from the last day of the Investment Period.

• An EXISTING Customer who deposits at least RM888 into his or her KDI Invest account using the “INVEST20” promotional code at the Invest Fair 2024 On-Ground Event on 22 June 2024 or 23 June 2024, will also be entitled to (i) a voucher for one (1) complimentary cup of Inside Scoop ice cream and (ii) one (1) Sleek High-Capacity Power Bank by presenting a screenshot of the successful transaction (i.e. the “Payment Success” page) to a KDI personnel on the same day.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Customers are only entitled to participate in one campaign.
2. The vouchers for the Inside Scoop ice cream are limited to only fifty (50) redemptions per day, strictly on a first come first served basis whilst stocks last. All vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item
3. This offer for the Sleek High-Capacity Power Bank is limited to only twenty-five (25) redemptions per day and is strictly on a first come first served basis whilst stocks last. The Sleek High-Capacity Power Bank is not covered under any warranty and Kenanga shall not be responsible for any issues or defects arising from the Sleek High-Capacity Power Bank.
4. Kenanga reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time.
5. Kenanga reserves the right to make further verifications and request for further personal identification details and documents, as well as the right to disqualify or withdraw the Customer’s eligibility for the reward at any time.
6. The decisions regarding the Promotion shall be made at the sole discretion of Kenanga, of which are final and binding and no such queries, appeals or correspondences will be entertained. For the avoidance of doubt, the promotional code is only valid for a one-time use for each customer.
7. Kenanga reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the promotion at any time prior to the expiry of the Promotional Period, and the cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Promotional Period shall not entitle a Customer to claim any compensation from Kenanga for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by a Customer as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
8. Kenanga may at its sole discretion reject any deposits made. Only a successful deposit will entitle a Customer to the Sign-Up Bonus and/or Invest Rewards. To avoid the deposit from being rejected, the deposit must be made from the personal bank account of the Customer.

9. In the event an eligible Customer fails to comply with any terms and conditions of this Promotion, Kenanga may in its sole discretion forfeit the Sign-Up Bonus and/or Invest Rewards.
10. Kenanga shall not be liable for any claim made by a Customer or for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.
11. Kenanga shall not be liable for loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion.
12. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Kenanga reserves the rights to disqualify Customer’s participation of the Promotion or clawback any Sign-Up Bonus and/or Invest Rewards paid to the Customer if (i) the Customer is found or suspected of tampering with the Promotion mechanics or the operation of the Promotion; (ii) the Customer is found or suspected of undertaking fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the Promotion; or (iii) the Customer is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion or the KDI T&Cs. Notwithstanding the above, Kenanga reserves the right to disqualify, cancel, reject any participation, and to cancel, withdraw or recall any reward(s) granted at its sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Kenanga shall have the right to initiate any action deemed necessary against the said Customer.
13. Kenanga does not take any responsibility in the event a Customer is prevented from participating in the Promotion, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which including but not limited to regulatory and/or government directive, act of God etc.

14. By participating in the Promotion, the Customers agree to receive promotional and informational communications from Kenanga, including emails, SMS, or other forms of communication.
15. This promotion is subject to the personal data and privacy policy and general terms and conditions available on the KDI website (“KDI T&Cs”):

16. In the event of any discrepancies, the KDI T&Cs shall prevail.
